You are being served. Pop-ups, spam bots, trolls, engagement bait, and eventually THE ALGORITHM itself. All of it wants your attention, and all of it has a health bar.

CLICK BAIT is a punk-zine rhythm roguelite. A playhead sweeps a spinning wheel. Nodes light up. You click on the beat to attack, block, and close the ads before they close you. Hit the PERFECT window and the combo climbs. Climb far enough and you hit FEVER, where the whole screen starts screaming.

Every enemy is a different flavour of internet annoyance, and every one fights differently. POP-UP buries the wheel in ads. SPAM BOT floods it. TROLL reverses your inputs. THE ALGORITHM rewrites the rules while you are still reading them.

Each fight has a tell to punish, a 50/50 bargain to gamble on, and a desperation move when you take it below half. Win and you pick a relic. Lose and you start over, a little less naive.

A daily seed everyone shares, so you can argue about the same run. Twenty ascension levels for when normal stops hurting. Runs are short. The wheel does not stop.
